Queridos amigos, espero que todos ustedes estén bien. Lamento informarles que ayer noche durante un debate público sobre los gastos militares, organizado por la Asociación Griega de Objetores de Conciencia, una persona arrojó una granada de mano contra la casa en la que estábamos (En ella viven los inmigrantes y es donde tenemos nuestros reuniones cada semana). Afortunadamente, el vidrio de la ventana no se rompió, la granada de mano explotó en la calle, rompiendo una jardinera y cristales de los edificios alrededor. El sonido fue muy fuerte pero no hubo pánico, aunque todos estamos asustados, por supuesto. Hemos emitido un comunicado de prensa y vamos a participar en la conferencia de prensa de hoy, así como en la
general conjunta que se ha convocado para esta noche. Os mantedré informados,

Dear friends,
I hope you are all fine. I am sorry to inform you that yesterday night
during a public discussion about the military expenses organised by the
Greek Association of COs, a person threw a hand grenade against the
building we were in (the immigrants’ home, where we have our regular
meetings every week). Fortunately the glass of the window didn’t break and
the hand grenade explode on the street, breaking a beton jardiniere and
glasses of the buildings around. The sound was very loud but there was no
panic, although we were all scared of course. We issued a press release and
we’ll participate in the press conference today, as well as in the general
assembly which is called for this evening. I’ll keep you informed.
